We are happy to announce that as of today you will need just one ATO Software Subscription ID per firm/Organisation profile, so you don't need to add one for each user anymore!

From the end of March 2018, we will discontinue supporting previously generated Software Subscription IDs. In order to avoid any issues, you (Administrator within LodgeiT i.e. person who initially setup LodgeiT for a team) must do the following:

Go to Software ID page from organisation settings.

Copy the provided Software ID and add it to ATO portal. (Watch Video)

Click Test Software ID button, to make sure the Software ID was successfully added via ATO portal.
